Mary is the CEO and the Interior Designer for
First Impression Home Staging Inc. (FIHS). Mary and her team have been
featured in the Star Tribune and are currently the center of an on going
marketing campaign about Successful Small Business’ sponsored by Highland
Banks. You may have seen her work on the Parade of Homes or while visiting a
new development.
Mary fulfilled her dream of owning her own
company in 2002 after a long and successful corporate career. First

For Robin, what started out as a fun part time job that allowed her to use her creative talents has turned into a full time career that she is extremely passionate about. Her attention to every little detail and commitment to the process of selling your home, has made her highly respected amongst clients. She understands the emotions that come with buying and selling a home and she works diligently to ensure the outcome is one that leaves clients happy and satisfied. She listens to what her clients have to say and does her best to address any concerns or issues the may have. She is honest yet tactful in her keen observations of your property. Knowing that emotion drives buyers to purchase the house but logic seals the deal, drives her to create a warm and inviting space that highlights the function and value of the space. Robin knows that her success is your success.
Robin took an accredited course on home staging that reinforced her core beliefs and proven techniques in the art of staging and she is constantly educating herself on the latest and greatest trends in staging. The industry is ever changing but her basic principals are always the same – sell the house for the maximum sale price, sell it faster than it would have without staging, and cause as little disruption to one’s family as possible.
